Hotel was in a great location! Easily walkable to all the major attractions you’d want to see! Room was spacious, comfy bed, nice bathroom. Window opens a bit for fresh air. It can be noisy with the tram rolling by outside but once the window is closed you’ll sleep like a baby! Breakfast was a great way to start the day off! Staff helpful and friendly. They called us a cab for our airport departure. We just went to the desk the night before and told them what time we needed and the cab was there in the morning. Great service !

Had a reservation and arrived around 10:30 pm. Due to system issues we sat in the lobby/bar with our special needs child till 12:30 at night. Except for being given a key to a room that was occupied. Needless to say around 12:30 I was informed by the night auditor. That there was no room available. He was finally able to locate a hotel. Was promised they would reimburse for the stay there due to our inconvenience along with the money for our stay there. Which we were charged for even though we didn’t get a room unless they considered the occupied room we were in for 30 seconds. It has been 2 weeks and no reimbursement for the other hotel. Finally after contacting numerous people we finally got the money back for their change. They do not live up to their promises and don’t care if small children have no where to sleep!

Only good thing about the property was the cleaning staff. I took my 1 year old child with me and had a terrible experience. They didn't had the option on warming baby milk. They advise us to keep going to the restaurant which was 1 floor down to warm up the milk. My kid drinks 3 time at night which meant i had to go to the restaurant 3 times, Which was awful. The staff was quite rude, they used to pick up phone calls after 10mins. What type of hotel does this. Very bad experience would never recommend it to anyone.

Just 9 minute walk to the river. All 5 adults and three 10- year old kids enjoyed the location. Grocery store nearby too!

Jury’s Inn Parnell was great for our family! It was very conveniently located within easy walking distance of many different transportation options as well as being convenient to shopping and local entertainment! The breakfast was outstanding with a “full Irish” buffet as well as many additional fresh options! The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge!

We booked an affordable room for four people (two adults and two children). The room was prepared for us perfectly. We had everything we needed and were extremely comfortable. The location is fantastic and the staff were excellent.

The room was clean which is the only positive unfortunately, the beds were spectacularly uncomfortable, the bathroom was still wet when we arrived and when we used the shower in the morning it made a a noise that sounded like machine gun, the mixer tap was vibrating so violently I thought it might blow it out of the wall. I had booked 2 adults and a child but there was only provision made for 2 guests (towels, glasses and cups etc for 2 instead of 3). This entirely underwhelming overnight stay however was charged at a premium rate that frankly was unacceptable and pure profiteering due to the sold out concert at Croke park that meant 80,000 people needed accommodation in the city. We were very very disappointed with the overall quality as due to the price we were expecting a lot more.

Despite checking in online 3 days early, when we arrived at 11pm with 2 children our room had not been made up correctly. Staff disinterested in our complaint. Family room was cramped, very tired decor and rattling a/c -not 4 star !
