Dear Handel‘s Hotel-Team, we have enjoyed our stay very much. Especially the friendliness of your whole staff, we really liked it and enjoyed it. The location is also perfect. Next to the city centre with its shopping possibilities and a couple of attraction for tourists, you get also really fast to the „In-Scene“. CU at our next visit. Until than, kind regards Sven Ressel and family

Perfect for what we needed. Clean and comfortable. But the hot and cold tap were on the wrong way around. It didn’t bother us but would worry if I had young children as the water was particularly hot. (Room 407)

Don’t book this hotel. The staff and customer service is the worst. The hotel is poor but not as poor as you will be treated. Definitely don’t book if you have kids or lots of luggage or want to shower or sleep in the hotel. It could be used as a closet I guess, but not for too much and no valuables. The absolute worst.

Hotel was beyond helpful. We had four bookins with 7 family members. Hotel managed to get us a room early for all bookings. They provided directions and recommendations for sights and resturants. Arranged for early morning taxi service. Daily room cleaning free bottled water. Close to shopping, food, and transportation.
