The hotel is in a great location for Phoenix Park and public transport. We had a family room which was large and well equipped. Of particular note are the staff here: all those we encountered were wonderful and are a credit to the hotel. The pillows weren't the comfiest and there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom but they are the only criticisms I can think of and they are pretty minor!

Truly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were comfortable and the location was exactly what we needed since we were traveling by train. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when traveling with the whole family (including a toddler). Breakfast was great and very convenient, too.

I loved the fact my family each had a bed to sleep in for the family room. The breakfast was very good, but there was a considerable amount of work being done at the hotel which impacted the main lobby.

Loved the family room with a double bed and 3 singles for my 3 kids. No one had to share! Wish they did this in the states. Great hotel and super friendly helpful staff. Also loved the location, close to Guinness and the zoo.

The room was spacious, clean, and very accommodating. The service was very attentive and I felt very comfortable! The full Irish breakfast was INCREDIBLE. I will be recommending this hotel to my friends and family for sure.

As a family of four traveling with children, the family room was great. Not very big but we got enough space for all of us. Hotel staff was great!

The hotel rooms were very nice! Great for families as we had 7 people and everyone had their own bed. Great hotel overall. Wish they had hotel rooms like this in California.

Staff were really helpful and friendly, my children received a little welcome pack on arrival and were delighted. Breakfast had a good variety and the family room was a really nice size. There is a car park on sight which make life a lot easier and it’s walking distance to phoenix park. Overall very happy with the stay only thing I would improve is having to request for room to be cleaned.
