Riverside Hotel

The hotel was sparkling clean in every area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Holding very pleasant conversations with us. We were made to feel like part of the Riverside family. I couldn't fault my stay. Will definitely be back.

So I was travelling alone with a baby from far away and was getting in late I made sure to call up before I started my trip and let them know what time I would be arriving and requested a baby cot ready in the room. And asked if they provided them to start with if not I was going to bring my own as it is unsafe especially when being over tired to sleep in the bed with a little baby. When I got there it took a good 15 mins to find someone to check in and no cot bed when I called reception they said they couldn’t get it to me that day I would have to wait till the next day and once I got it in the morning it was broken the pole was missing screws. But I was checking out the next day anyway. I also paid for a riverside view room as I was gonna be spending a lot of time there for the baby to nap during the day I thought it’d be nice to have a view but I ended up with a view of the car park.

This hotel is on the river and in walking distance to the center of town. We stayed in a family room and it was great.
