Hotel room was really spacious for a family room. Safe provided in the room also. We stayed for two nights and ate at the hotel on our first night and had breakfast there in the morning. Breakfast was much better than the evening food, and we went elsewhere for the second night/morning for a bit more variety. We used the swimming pool multiple times with the children and the hotel was perfectly placed to be out and about travelling.

The staff are so friendly and helpful and the food is very very good. The kids loved the pool too. Great place to stay. Will definitely be returning in the future. I would highly recommend

Lovely hotel and staff. Our family room was so comfortable for myself, my husband and our 2 teenage children. Beautiful room that was clean and spacious. The beds were so comfortable and the air conditioning was cool and comfortable. Breakfast was just ok but we all found something to fill us up.

dodgy bathroom door handle made us nervous that one of the kids might be locked in. Otherwise, worked as a perfect home base for us as we drove around and explored Ireland. The only other negative is while the beds were roomy enough for the five of us, the lack of a seating area and table made it messy to carry out and eat food in the room. The lack of a fridge or microwave further limited those options.
Location is fantastic. Food and drink at Bia were excellent. Is the lounge ever open? It wasn’t Amy time we tried to go in.

The Claregalway Hotel was terrific! The rooms were a very good size for a family, the breakfast had good food my kids actually liked and the staff was extremely helpful! The employee at the pool front desk went out on his own to go pick a wheelchair for my husband. There was no charge and he returned it for us too. This was above and beyond customer service and so very appreciated! I would highly recommend The Claregalway Hotel to those visiting Galway and the surrounding areas.

Beautiful hotel in Claregalway. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The restaurant on-site is amazing! Our room was perfect for our family of four.

OVERALL stay was good .Room size was excellent 2 adults and three kids .Food was excellent staff were excellent.
Our only dissappintment was pool. CLeanliness in changing rooms was terrible pool had alot of chlorine in it i know this was to keep ckean but it was murky. Staff not monitoring jacuzzi u18s in it couldnt get in it on the both occassion we were down in pool.
