Bali Dynasty Resort - CHSE Certified

This is a very busy resort full of kids. If you are traveling with young kids this is the resort for you. Otherwise try to find another place. The food is very average. And the location is not the best place in Kuta and far from the main beach.

Love the Dynasty, my family and I are regular’s , the staff are wonderful and friendly, atmosphere at the hotel is fantastic and the facilities are great as well, I love to see the ducks at hotel, I highly recommend this hotel as it’s great for families, the kid’s club is great too.

Everything was easy access, great for families. The Chinese restaurant was next level.

This my third stay at the Dynasty as a family and we’ll continue to stay here in the future. We love the resort ammenities, the rooms and the staff.

The property itself is very outdated. Service wasnt great and below average. No point of the kids club cause they were always closed doing ‘activities’. Was told by the staff that it wasn’t their problem when I asked what my toddler should do instead. Was always water in hotel corridors from guests after the pool and no one ever cleaning it up which resulted in us falling over twice ! House keeping wasn’t done well, all blankets had stains and needed replacing. Food and cups never collected during housekeeping either Location was good but service and quality way below average considering price point as well

Great family place to stay. Has everything we needed and more

The main pool is small and when we were there the kids area was closed for renovations. The toilet smell and when we use the hot water it’s yellow dirty water. Bed was not comfortable I had back pain and hurt my neck from the pillow too sort.

Brilliant place for families and a safe trip to Bali.

Great property however wouldve preferred to jot been near the childrens suites as my kids are older and younger kids woke us up very early. Apart from that excellent hotel and facilities

Easy property to stay at. We wanted close to the airport when leaving so spent the last two days here with the kids. Kids room was good and stayed closer to the garden and had a lovely quiet pool at the back door. Very quiet and relaxing. Busy in other parts and only found the Chinese restaurant in the property air conditioned. Are there and was amazing. Lovely staff
