Bali Dynasty Resort - CHSE Certified

This is a very busy resort full of kids. If you are traveling with young kids this is the resort for you. Otherwise try to find another place. The food is very average. And the location is not the best place in Kuta and far from the main beach.

The only issue I had was that the hotel were doing upgrades and the workers didn't stop until 10:30pm. We reported to reception that the banging and drilling was coming right throughout our room and we couldn't sleep, but it never stopped, each night was the same, and I developed a constant headache because of this noice. Just glad we didn't have children in the room as they would have never got to sleep.

Staff service, food and cleanliness of room very good. Spa service voucher was only allowed for one person which was unfortunate, hotel very good for families. Area around hotel is average due to poor part of town however excellent food and clothing shopping around.

A fantastic place to stay for families. The kids absolutely loved all the activities and the best kids club we've come across. A heap of dining options available at the resort, but so many within close walking distance too. Shopping options available in both directions. And if you and the kids are looking for a heap of fun, check out Waterbom!

Great resort for kids. I think the kids facilities are a little more appropriate for kids a little older (6 ). Location isn’t ideal, we had to get on scooters if we wanted to go anywhere decent. There a few bars and restaurants around the hotel, but nothing compared to Seminyak. Legian isn’t too far, it’s an easy scooter ride. Overall it was a great place to stay for the kids.

Love the Dynasty, my family and I are regular’s , the staff are wonderful and friendly, atmosphere at the hotel is fantastic and the facilities are great as well, I love to see the ducks at hotel, I highly recommend this hotel as it’s great for families, the kid’s club is great too.

Everything was easy access, great for families. The Chinese restaurant was next level.

This my third stay at the Dynasty as a family and we’ll continue to stay here in the future. We love the resort ammenities, the rooms and the staff.

The property itself is very outdated. Service wasnt great and below average. No point of the kids club cause they were always closed doing ‘activities’. Was told by the staff that it wasn’t their problem when I asked what my toddler should do instead. Was always water in hotel corridors from guests after the pool and no one ever cleaning it up which resulted in us falling over twice ! House keeping wasn’t done well, all blankets had stains and needed replacing. Food and cups never collected during housekeeping either Location was good but service and quality way below average considering price point as well
