Bali Rani Hotel

Great place for a family! Staff are amazing, we had a ground floor family room the bathrooms could do with a refurbishment and the beds are a little hard apart from that it’s a excellent place if your on a budget with family

Hotel is located at a convenient spot, just 15 minutes drive to the airport. Staff is friendly and rooms are very spacious. Family friendly and ideal if you are traveling with young kids. Just room interior was little old and property is lacking cleanliness.

SMELLY! We arrived and was put into a room that stank of mould and mildew. We complained and were offered another room which smelt better as it was obviously sprayed with room freshner. It smelt all good for ten minutes then stank of mildew again. Suspecting that all the rooms smelt like that we asked for a refund on health grounds and we were declined. No way would i subject my family to respiratory problems. We had to leave and book another hotel at extra cost. The room was also very dirty and the walls and ceilings stained, toilet and seat stained also. DO NOT STAY HERE! You will be disappointed.

We loved this hotel. Typical Bali style which we love. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was stunning. Pool was a perfect temp. Family room was large. We were sceptical after reading reviews however after our stay with 2 kids would definitely go back. I could not fault it and we have stayed in some very expensive hotels.

A fantastic place to stay with kids. Close to the beach and Waterbom Park. Friendly staff and very clean and quiet.

I have been coming here for 10 years and love this hotel. The staff are incredible, it’s a quiet and small hotel perfect for families. After COVID there are some major renovations that need to take place - bathrooms need deep cleaning and mould removal or redo’s and the pool has mould growing on it. I understand these are massive jobs to redo and hopefully in time they can be fixed. Good points: incredible staff, great breakfast buffet selection, brasserie restaurant at the front amazing as always, daily house keeping did a great job and check in was smooth as always. In saying this we will still be back to the Bali rani and we hope in time it returns to the wonderful hotel we’ve always known it to be!

This was our first stay at Bali Rani & we couldn't fault it. The rooms were decent size fitting two adults & baby & everything that comes with a baby comfortably. The staff were always so friendly & the pool area was lovely. The buffet breakfast was great also. We will be back for sure. :)

booked this hotel after reading the many good reviews from others who had stayed there before and definitely doesn't disappoint my family and me. we checked in 1 day earlier than planned and the staff are very accommodating. got the family suite right in front of the pool. true to this hotel previous reviews, the staff are excellent. the pool guy remembered our room no. w/o me telling the 2nd day we took the pool towel. amazing! the breakfast spread was also good and tasty. location is very convenient and near to discovery mall which had many halal food. definitely will stay here again the next time round.
