hotel atmosphere, pool and the layout was beauty natural, we check-in at 3.15 pm, but the room still not ready, however the FO ladies escort us to lounge for a simple afternoon tea which is nice love it. Even though a bit surprised that deluxe room is really far from the main pool, but is near the resto for breakfast, The bathroom amenities is full equipped, nice for the free minibar even though only soft drink. need improve for the staff, the guy handling coffee during breakfast, (Cause I did not finish my coffee, but i need to go to my room cause my kids asking, but when i ask to him if there's any paper cup so that i can finish the coffee, but his answer is "NO- NO Takeaway for Breakfast" with the answer is very rude, not friendly, i mean dude you can just simply say that we don't have paper cup, or just simply said that you can bring the cup to your room mam. I did this in another hotels but they're flexible and never get this treatment in any.

Staying at Anvaya is always a pleasure. It is our home away from home. Especially Ayin from the frontdesk, Gusari from the bars and Jaya from housekeeping gave us the feeling to be among family. Can’t wait to go back as soon as possible.

Wonderful family resort.

I have been staying at this hotel for the past 30 years - before it was called the Santika Beach Hotel. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and cannot do enough for you almost treating you like family!

The food is amazing. The room very clean love the balcony. They have provided guest lounge with shower before your flight after you checked out is a big big plus! Will be back for sure and will recommend to families and friends. Thank you the staff are their precious assets.

Awesome 5star hotel. Definitely suits more couples etc. wouldn’t take children or families here as its more focused on the relaxation setting. Beautiful grounds, lovely staff, good breakfast and nice pools.

Nice family place to stay as well as for an adult getaway

I have stayed inthis property multiple times and found it to be excellent exept for the last 2 times where I found the service in the restaurant for breakfast was appalling.and I had 3 other family members in premier rooms who were of the same opinion I had a dinner with 22 people in the restaurant and the srrvice couldn't have been worse most people had eaten and I hadn't received my meal I had to remind them.all in all it was a very bad experience which is disappointing to say the least.
