Booked two rooms. A cottage room king for the wife and I and a deluxe room with twin beds for the kids. The rooms had the beds reversed and the lady at the desk told me that is what I requested. I produced print outs of my reservation showing the opposite. She then told me she had not said I made a mistake booking and they would correct it. Started bad and went downhill from there.

Check in: a male staff helped us check in. However it seems that he was bit not patient, when I asked what time is the breakfast, he said please sit there and please sit here blah blah, and did not answer my question directly, saying "will explain it to you later" What? ! And the staff not smiling, like an old man teaching lesson to a kid! Facility: hotel facility very old, and the washroom towel really dirty and old! Shampoo in the hotel really too basic. We live on the second floor, there is no lift, although the luggage was carried by staff, still feel bit uncomfortable. And another thing really dont understand, all aircon main compressor unit is in the corridor! Making it really hot and feel like breathing in all dust while walking in the corridor! Privacy is no good, sitting on the second floor balcony can see downstairs at other people balcony. The gardening does not provide privacy. And can hear next door guest talking on the balcony. The only good thing is, bed is very comfortable, and balcony layout is really nice. At night sitting there looking at moon with birds chirping is really relaxing. Breakfast is a disappointment. Not many choice, and there are insects on the break all over without cover!
