The staff are very very friendly. Twin bed rooms are almost connected to the main pool so my kids used it so often having fun. The front gate is far back into the mall -- kinda misleading but given the price, I think it gives the best value. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel and good service. Liked the lobby area to play for children. Everyone in the hotel friendly, good buffet and housekeeping staff is great. would be good if the breakfast is included as part of room booking .

The property was easily accessible and many places to shop nearby. Room was very clean and facilities in the room was satisfactory. The only thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom door was see through which is not nice when you stay with kids. So we had to cover it with a towel. Hotel also arranged a welcome cake/brownie in the room which was a pleasant surprise for us. Overall nice stay and would recommend unless you looking for a quiet and peaceful surroundings.

The location was good for what we needed. The room was clean and modern. The lobby was great for kids and had good food and drink options. The staff was great. The pool was also nice. One thing to note about the area is that the shopping plaza doesn't open til 10AM and they won't let you cut through, which means that you have to walk all the way around the entire complex to go to the Social Club for breakfast, which I highly recommend. I would recommend this place and would consider it again for future stays.

The room aircon made the room smell mouldy. Since arriving my kids gained a cough which I assume is from breathing in the possible mouldy air. The hallways were fresh and you walk into room it hits you!! Also there is no door on the toilet and the bathroom door is semi see through so no real privacy.

We stayed 1 night with my kids, just to have a place to stay overnight from our super late night arrival, from airport to Aloft. It is our 1st time and this hotel and already planning to book for our last days of vacay to bali. The location is very smart wise right beside the Beachwalk shopping mal, the hotel is very clean from the hallway to the room, staff are very welcoming and friendy. Food as well is very delicious and satisfying, especial mention the Nasi goreng chicken,
