Excellent service and hospitality. Staff are the friendliest, most helpful and lovely people. Great hotel for families with kids.

It was great to have so many amenities available at the hotel. The pool was great for the kids. It's close to many good shopping locations. If you don't like busy spaces with lots of tourists this place is not for you. Daily buffet breakfast was great too!

Great kids friendly hotel. Everything was geared up to make sure kids are entertained BUT kids club was constantly closed as they had activities going on. Also breakfast spread could surely get better

We upgraded our room to a Family Suite and so glad we did. Fantastic holiday, so much fun for the kids and adults.

Great for kids, amazing pool, but soooo expensive, more expensive than Perth. We were also very unfortunate to only have a view of the staff scooter parking area. No balcony to sit out, only standing balcony. Probably won’t return.

I would stay here again for the pool and water play area. It's huge. 3 main pools, a sand play area and a toddler pool, water slides and a water play area. Hotel is full of families with children (can be loud). There's music everywhere, even underwater. Hotel is right opposite Kuta beach. Kuta beach is nice but full of people trying to sell things. My room was on the first floor, overlooked people's parked motorcycles and smelled damp and moldy. Air conditioning blew directly at the bed and we had to ask someone to come in with a ladder to change the direction of the vent. Hope you get a better room than I did.

Great hotel. Very family oriented was great for my 18 month old. Stayed in Bali for a month this was the best hotel and area to stay when you have kids

Property was a little outdated and unfortunately the room smelt like sewerage for our entire stay and the staff did nothing about it. The amenities were great for children (kids pool) although the hotel itself was jam packed and overwhelming and it was not even peak season. Location was walking distance to shops and beach. Food at hotel was average and pretty much, you get what you pay for. I don’t think we will stay here again.

The hotel facilities were great and the staff wonderful, but we had a negative experience when checking in where the previous guests were given a late checkout, and we were not able to get into our room until close to 9 pm. This was despite us previously asking for an early check-in as we had taken an overnight flight from Japan. When we complained we were initially dismissed but asked that the complaint be handled by a manager and they ended up giving us a free dinner which was very nice. The loft room was not really suitable for a family of 5 with teenagers given the single bathroom and lack of privacy and the top room/area got very hot at night even with the AC on full. The pool was great but the pool bar tiny for it's size and it took ages to get a drink if you wanted one. There were no activities for 12-18-year-olds as they were not allowed to join in the kid's activities, and when they asked to join in the adult's activities (bomb comp, pillow fight, tug of war etc.), they were not allowed because the prize was a can of beer. Overall, it was OK for the price (about $400 AUD/night), but ultimately, it was just a large room, so I won't be going back in a hurry.
