I feel we got a lot of mixed information. We were told we could not put drinks on room while at bar and our fellow travelers could? Odd. Then we needed a place with a table to talk and play a game. We found an area in the lobby of the uncrowded hotel/restaurant area and were told we could not play a game in the area? That was odd. It was just a children's game and no gambling.. Thought it odd besides there was nowhere else to do this except being told to do it in our room which there was also no room to do so. He seemed rude about it, too. Front desk staff was fine.

Very conveniently located, right outside baggage collection. Check-in was quick. The receptionist was kind enough to ask when our next flight is and confirmed if the 11 am check out would work for us. The room was spacious and clean. Main bed and the pillows were very comfortable. However, the small folding bed provided for my toddler was super uncomfortable. We could feel the hard springs inside the mattress of that bed. We were in the room for a couple of hours but the temperature would not come down. I called the receptionist to ask for help. She told me that it's central AC, and therefore, it would "a few hours" to cool down the room. That's as absurd as it can get. Anyway, I hung up to wait and see. After about 10 minutes, I saw the room temperature go up!! We were literally sweating in the room. I called the receptionist again. Told her about the situation. Now she became "kind enough" to send a technician up. The technician came up, fixed something outside, and the AC started cooling down immediately. I called back the receptionist to let her that there was in fact a technical problem. I asked her if she is the one I first spoke to about this issue. She said she wasn't sure. Then she started giving the same argument that it's a central AC blah blah. This made me sure it's the same person. Then I had to reiterate that the technician has fixed the problem. The water in the shower would also randomly switch between too hot and cold while running in the same position.

As an airport hotel. This one is super easy walking distance to arrive airport (less 50 meters). The staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially when you arrive midnight because the airplane got delayed. The beds are extremely comfortable and we slept like babies. No complaints at all so if you have next day long flight or early flight, this hotel won’t let you down.

The staff was arrogant, came over to tell me to sit up straight on a sofa where I was waiting for my family to be checked in.
Beware all of the top floor facilities are under construction,

We arrived late for an early flight the next day. Staff was very friendly and accommodations good. Excellent breakfast. Shuttle to airport was driven by owner and accompanied by his very friendly dog. A very nice family business.

Disappointing, as a 5 stars hotel we expected good service, good food and good amenities.
Staff was rude and cero accommodating, food was bland, the temperature of the water at the pool was very cold as the water in the shower at our room.
The location is very convenient as it is in front of the airport but for that price next time I’ll take a cab to a better hotel.
It was a very unpleasant experience in every aspect.
We traveled with our baby and had to ask many times for the crib.
Definitely not what a 5 stars hotel should be.

This is the perfect airport hotel! The proximity to the terminal is only minutes away, the rooms are well appointed, the lobby restaurant is good and the upstairs lounge is even better for a nice, relaxing cocktail after a busy travel day. My grandchildren also enjoyed a quick dip in the pool which was an unexpected bonus :)

It's great that there's such a big bathroom, but the area around the shower gets very slippery when you use it. There should be no-skid strips on the floor.
Not a major issue, but it wouldn't hurt to post instructions as to how to switch the flow from one shower head to the other.

This is a beautiful hotel and quite expensive. The reason I'm disappointed is because I had booked a room already before we even left for our trip. We're a family of 4 (mom, dad, and two children) and i booked a double room for our 16 hour layover that we had in Athens. When we went to check in, the receptionist would not let us check in without purchasing a whole nother room. I explained to her that I had only purchased 1 room on purpose because we were not even going to be there for 24 hours and that the room we had already was plenty. She really argued with me and kept telling us that it was not possible to be in 1 room and forced us to get another one. We ended up spending about $500 for less than 24 hours on two rooms that we did not need. It should not be ok for them to do that. That is so wrong and we feel taken advantage of. My husband wrote a review on Trip Advisor about our experience and the manager responded to it saying that we were not "forced" it was a suggestion. They only recommend that people get multiple rooms. That was a TOTAL lie!! The receptionist argued back and forth with us and would not check us in to our room that we had already purchased until we agreed to get another one. This is outrageous and my family and I would sleep in the airport next time rather than give that place another cent.
