Peri's Hotel

Staff waited for me at the airport when my luggage was delayed nearly an hour, which was nearly midnight. My room was upgraded for free to a family room (I was alone) I'm used to international travel, and I have realistic expectations, I think, when booking less expensive hotels. It was clean, the bed I used was quite comfortable, the property was as in photos (not a nice neighborhood, but it was fenced), my breakfast was just as nice as other hotels, I'd visited that week. The ride back to the airport the next morning was punctual. The down side was that they could use an exterminator. I had a hard time relaxing and falling to sleep after finding and killing numerous insects on the floor and walls.

This place is AWESOME! It’s in a nice quiet area surrounded by beautiful trees and with a view of the sea from our balcony. It’s not fancy and could use some repairs here and there but they pick you up at the airport, give you breakfast and take you back. Plus they arranged a ride down to the beach (and back) to a great restaurant that was a total bonus for our last night. Small family business doing it right!

The hotel is good. It seems family owned, and the person that picks up at the airport is the same that checks you in, and brings your luggage to the room. They also bring you back to their airport for free, which is a big plus. Since it’s a one-man-show, it could take a bit longer for the airport pick-up. The hotel seems to be in the outskirts of a neighborhood and does not offer food on site. However, they are connected to a local restaurant that picks you up and drop you back at the hotel for free. The hotel was a great choice for us for the night before departing the city.

This is a nice, family-run hotel near the airport. Everyone was very nice. This is a great option if you have a late arrival into Athens or an early morning flight.

This hotel is close to the airport and with the free airport pickup/drop off it was simple and convenient. We arrived early and they were able to accommodate an early check in. They also arranged for a restaurant to pick our family up for lunch right on the beach. The food was amazing and the service was lovely. The little town was charming and close by. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Wow what can I say.. the people giving these reviews below must of stayed in some average hotels to give this one such a high rating. Although the cost was dirt cheap this hotel had hotel hell written all over it. From pickup at the airport in a very old car with zero presentation( engine light on, interior roof lining sagging, cobwebs everywhere) to the shower head just sitting on the ground of the shower we weren’t very impressed. The bed was hard, pillows had no profile and arriving late at night around the property didn’t look to safe at all. Didn’t even consider the breakfast from our experience checking in. Checkout was another experience with a family of cats eating guest leftovers from their table outside and licking all the plates with hotel staff doing nothing to clean up.. glad we skipped breakfast. Wouldn’t even consider this hotel if I was to return to Greece.

The place is a perfect spot for staying near the airport when you have a late/early arrival/departure. It’s fantastic that they have an airport pick up and Panos is so friendly and easy with communication and coordinating timings etc. it’s a small family run hotel so while you won’t get luxury you’ll get great service and everything you need for an overnight near the airport. Will be back again.

This is a family owned business and it is definitely Airport close. Most of those staying over night we’re leaving back to US in next day. Good air conditioning but a lrooms look older. Free pick up and drop off to airport. Nice breakfast!

AL680137chacar!! marisol41264 We spent one night at Peri's so we would be near the airport for an early morning flight. We have never been taken such good care of! First of all, the communication was quick and clear, with very specific instructions on where to meet the driver to take us to the hotel. We then asked if we could leave a suitcase at the hotel before we took a short trip to Milos. This request was happily granted. Then we asked if we could have some of our lost luggage delivered from the airport and held there until arrived. Another yes. When we finally arrived for our stay, we were picked up promptly. We asked for dinner recommendations, and Mr. Theodore made us reservations at a place on the sea, called us two cars to shuttle our group to/from - a free service provided for Peri's hotel guests by the restaurant. While sitting in the lobby, I observed the guy at the desk: -helping someone find and recover a lost cell phone. -helping a family understand the menu, then ordering them pizza. -the making of at five different arrangements for people to be taken to the airport, some leaving at 2:30 am. The rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable. Our room slept four - one queen and two small twin beds. There was also a stovetop, refrigerator, and coffee service.The hotel is located in a non-tourist area - a neighborhood. Truly Peri's defines service! It was the perfect place for us in every way.
