Ramada by Wyndham Attica Riviera

Clean and well kept very good for any family

This property was beautifully situated in the Greek Riviera but what made it incredible for us was the staff! Amazing hospitality by all the staff, Magda, Marlena, Alexandra, Nicholas. A special shout out to Anna who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and everything in and out of the Ramada went smoothly for us! We truly feel like we found a new family in Greece! Thank you much to all of you that made our stay a great experience!

We stayed 5 nights in Oct half term so it was slightly quieter being the last week of the holiday season. Most staff were friendly and helpful. Had some lovely short walks to shallow child friendly beaches (mostly pebbled but very pretty). We got an Uber for £8 to Rafina and spent the day there. Bus 310 just up the road from hotel goes to Marathon museum. We had mosquitos in the rooms at night so had to visit the pharmacy for stop itch cream and repellent. So as a heads up - BYO repellent. We had all-inclusive which was a life saver and food was mostly good. Would recommend.

We booked 4 rooms there and 2 days before checkin they moved us to the Dolce by Wyndham, a nearby but inferior hotel. At the other hotel, we got terrible rooms and they want to charge us ridiculous rates. They even put additional charges on my card after I left without my knowledge or consent. It all felt like a planned operation to book you in a more expensive hotel and then move you to a cheaper one last minute (I am sure they overbook the Ramada on purpose and then move people to the Dolce since the latter always has availability and is never full). Terrible service. Instead of a suite with 2 rooms, they gave us a single room with a sofabed for 2 kids. Instead of a room with 3 beds they gave us one with one bed and one sofabed. So if you book in Ramada, you may very well end up in Dolce. I would stay away from both. The service at the Dolce was the worst I have ever had: 2 kids form the adjacent room walked into my room because the hotel forgot to lock the connecting door and after 3 calls to the front desk the door remained unlocked. The food was average. This is probably my last stay in any Wyndham or any sort.
