Great service at the front desk, including an swift and early check-in. The pool is a bit cold for younger kids, but still a plus for the hotel. Breakfast was sufficient, but better selection when the area was not under reconstruction. The beds are a bit hard, and would really profit from a mattress topper. Location is perfect for spending time in Køln.

The location was very convenient and check in was quick and efficient. I was pleased they were able to accommodate us and our small child. While we could smell the delicious smells from the restaurant in the hallway, the smell did not permeate our room. Would recommend

My family and I loved this hotel. It’s in a great location, not far from the train station. The room was very comfortable. The only issue we had was the locking mechanism had an issue. It wouldn’t let us into our room. So that took awhile to fix. But other than that it was a great stay.
