Extraordinary service from the hotel staff. We went on a family trip and we were very well taken care of by every single one in the hotel. Thank you very much!

I visit this location frequently and the Riu is one of the nicer options. It can get quite busy with coach tours staying there, but as a result I was upgraded to a junior suite on this visit which was very nice.

The check in experience was poor. We were a group of family and friends and people were being checked in under the wrong bookings which added significant confusion to the process where extra payments were requested when the bookings were paid for in full already. This confusion continued into the breakfast process as we were refused our included breakfasts and were requested to pay. I had to speak to the manager to get this resolved and changes made. The rooms are good, modern and clean. Breakfast is Ok. Shower is not very powerful.

We had a junior suite and it was so much bigger than I expected. We had a bedroom with a master bathroom, and a living room area with a second small bathroom. My only confusion was no having a door between the rooms and the shower. There was a door for both toilets, though. But overall I absolutely LOVED the hotel and the price was AMAZING. It was only $600 for 5 nights!

Rooms are big, comfortable and clean. Staff is friendly. It’s a family hotel so prepare to a lot of noise. Breakfast however is really bad, the fruit was the frozen kind so really bad quality. Same for the juices, chemical crap. Basically anything is bad quality, but then again this is the German standard. They are not known for the qualitative food. When I got up to get some more food and came back they gave my table to someone else! Not worth 21 euros, go elsewhere
