Hotel situated with walking distance of the Berlin Zoo and shopping street and many restaurants in the area. The hotel staff was not much help with information and was even rude when they messed up our booking and thought we were staying fewer nights than we were. The room was nice. The breakfast was also nice but a bit overpriced. The kids ate for free though so that was nice.

The bathroom was too moldy and dirty for my taste. There were lots of families staying at the hotel. They made lots of noise in the corridor. For reasons unknown I didn't get any new towels, the bed made or any cleaning. Other than that the staff was friendly and the room was quiet. There are cleaner, cheaper, more renovated and better located hotels in Berlin at which I'll be staying in the future.
