Adina Apartment Hotel Berlin CheckPoint Charlie

Great location and the apartment style with full kitchen and laundry was perfect for our family.

We had a great 4-night stay at Adina. Comfy and clean, friendly staff. We have a toddler so wanted somewhere in a good location with somewhere we could prepare meals when needed. The room was soundproofed which was helpful - good to help with getting our toddler to sleep without outside noise, and reassuring for us when they woke up crying that we wouldn’t be bothering others. The pool was a bonus! On checkout, the lovely staff gave our toddler a kangaroo cuddly toy which they love :) thank you for such a nice stay, it was a great base for us!

The hotel has a good location, close to Checkpoint Charlie, while many other sites are within walking distance. The room (201) was ok but some comments. Hotels.com said/showed there is a stove - our room did not have this. The carpet was worn(no big deal) but a second rug was turned upwards and a tripping hazard. The shower didn’t drain well and the construction of the shower cabinet meant that I had to wait 5 minutes after turning off the water to open the doors (or spill water all over the bathroom floor). Most likely the drain hasn’t been cleaned in a few months because a clean drain should drain quickly. The pool was decent but the hot tubs pictured were not present. The gym was too warm but adequate Not a deal breaker but the tvs have very few chancels (nothing for children) and no option to cast from your own device. This is a shame as the couch at the foot of the bed would have been a cozy place to watch some tv before going to bed. I think the larger rooms are nicer so your experience might be better if you are staying in one of the apartments with a full kitchen (40square meters). The staff were friendly, the room met our needs and was quite.

Reception and bar staff very friendly. Good sized swimming pool that was warm most of the time. Breakfast good options. Staff at breakfast a bit surly though. Decent sized room. Great for a family of 4 with 2 small children. Good location - close to U-bahn.

Perfect space for an adult family vacation to Berlin in December. Two bed/bath gave everyone enough space relax and having the fridge and coffee/hot water pot available in unit were great to start and ends to the days. The place is clean especially the baths, showers had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. You can tell the rooms have a lot of travelers, some wall scuffs and few small spots on carpet. I would not hesitate to stay here again, few blocks from ubahn and felt secure. Someone was always ready to assist at the front desk and were helpful.

we stayed at Adina as a family of 2 parents, 2 kids and a baby. the location is very good, close to the main roads but very quiet. the room is very large and spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, there is a laundry machine and a dish washer. the staff were really nice. the room wasn't so clean but they cleaned again if we called them.

Perfect place for families. Very spacious apartments with fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Tasty and varied breakfast buffet and nice and helpful staff. Big pool! Would love to come back :)

The morning breakfast was delicious and there were many friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. The apartment was a great size for a family of four and the daily cleaning was nice. The only downfalls were that there was a fair bit of mold growing in the shower and the restaurant bar said it was open every night, but it was not open on Saturday and the staff shared, "yes, sometimes it isn't open."

Apartment style hotel with living area, desk and small table/chairs gave us extra room for our stay and allowed our family to visit in a comfortable setting. Restaurants were walkable. Main tourist areas are about a 20-25 minute walk, which wasn't an issue for my family.

Our stay was a great experiance! The location are perfect for exploring the history of Berlin and to have a kitchen and washing facilities in the room made life easy traveling with the family. The only thing that could improve are the extra beds for the kids, both had past their best before date.
