Great hotel and our room had plenty of space for a family of 4. Very friendly and helpful staff and really great breakfast. We will come back.

We had a brilliant time here, and the location is perfect for sightseeing. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. It was also very child friendly and they even gave us a baby bath for our little one!

Horrible experience! I booked, and PAID FOR, a junior suite. At checking I was unapologetically told that they didn’t have a junior suite left and they gave me a standard room. I asked to be reimbursed for the difference between the rooms for my 4 night stay. They told me that it was hotels.com’s fault and refused to do anything. To add to this terrible stay, our room had NO air conditioning! My husband and I seriously considered sleeping in the lobby. They lied to us and said the AC was out in the whole hotel. We were traveling with two other couples who had air conditioning that worked. I hate that they lied about it. This hotel is run down and junky. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

I am providing a dissatisfied review as I booked a room with 2 double beds and was provided a king bed and a pull out coach. The reasoning for two double beds was to be able to have each parent with one child. It was very inconvenient and when speaking to staff about the type of room we booked and what we were given, they stated they do not have double beds which u find hard to believe as this would them not be an available option at this hotel. They stated that as we were four people, they made the room available for four. Still not too sure what that means. We were two adults, a newborn, and a toddler. Otherwise the room was very spacious and clean. Towel were nice and big as well. The bathroom faucet had an awful stench when turned on. Would not stay at this hotel again.
