Not a good choice for me and my family. There’s no pool, no extras, no amenities, no early check in times, no late check out times. Next time I’ll stay elsewhere.

There was a tick on my bed when I got in the room. I asked for a room change, and they were unable to give me the room type I had paid for and gave me a different room type. The front desk staff was incredibly unhelpful and rude considering the circumstances of me asking for a different room. They offered me a different room type than the one I paid for and refused to refund me any difference. I was unable to go elsewhere because it was 3 am. I checked my bag in in the morning with the front desk and came back later in the afternoon and asked to use the restroom. They told me no public restroom, which I understand sometimes places don’t have them. Then a white family asked where their restroom is, and they pointed them right to it. For how much I paid a night, I was treated like a pest.

Our family stayed here the first night and the last night we were in Tahiti. It was very clean and comfortable and located close to the airport and the ferry terminal. We would definitely stay again!
