We arrived separately at 3AM and 5am, the hotel charges $100 per person for a transfer and it’s literally a 10min drive. Rip off. We got to our room and no shampoo in the bottle attached to the wall. It was small and view of a brick wall. We complained and got moved to another room with somewhat of an ocean view but later realised this is a crew hotel… to think that airline crew get better rooms than an Expedia booking. At over $600 AUD per night this was a rip off. The hotel was dated and needs a refresh. The beds were SO hard it left me with back issues. The breakfast buffet was disgusting and crowded. Not peaceful at all. We would not recommend staying here. The staff are lovely but there was no value for money. This is not a peaceful resort. No adult only pool and children everywhere. Not restful. Give this place a miss!

We enjoyed our stay for a group of six. Loved having the laundry facilities available with small kids. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of variety. The hotel rooms and the property are dated, but the grounds are well maintained and beautiful. We loved all the sea life!

Would be 5 star but a lot of construction going on and a lot of children on “day passes” that weren’t really respecting the rules in terms of pool usage, etc.

Great view from most of the property. Super friendly staff and great services. Limited entertainment options for children other than one good pool. Limited transportation options, taxi only.

The facilities are lovely and there’s plenty places to sit and enjoy. It would pay to have an adults only area as people come to relax and spend a fair bit of money to do so and it was ruined a fair bit with screaming children at every point of the hotel.

We had an amazing family vacation here. We traveled with our 5 year old and another family. The kids loved swimming in the different pools and snorkeling in the lagoon. The hotel was fully booked but it didn’t feel crowded which was nice. The staff are all incredibly friendly, consistent with everyone we met in Tahiti. We loved the location near the airport and found a car necessary if wanting to explore the island. Will definitely stay here again if we return.

We stayed four nights in June 2022 in a garden bungalow. Our stay was so memorable. It’s a very safe area, and you can snorkel around the bungalows - we saw rays, beautiful fish and even an eel!! At night black tip reef sharks swim around the tiki bar and that was a highlight for us! They only seemed to come out at night. You can set up excursions and car rentals right at the property and they go above and beyond to make sure you have a great time!! We’d highly recommend shark/ray snorkeling, food tour, jet skiing and our favorite, the ATV tour! There’s also family owned restaurants within walking distance of the Hilton. When you arrive from the ferry dock (super easy to get on a ferry, they are big boats), taxis are waiting. To get back to the ferry dock, you’ll need to pre-arrange a taxi to pick you up. The Hilton did all of that for us! We also stayed in Bora Bora and there were so many aspects of this hotel on Moorea that we liked more!!

This place is magical. We stayed here with our one year old daughter to celebrate her first Bday. The staff here is excellent. The food is amazing! We tried the food in Hilton hotel for one of the night and their food is no where close to the ones they have. Their buffet is just amazing! So the food and the staff are the biggest show stealers here. The resort itself is just so beautiful that you really don’t need to step out of the resort for anything else. We stayed in their bungalow on the water for 6 nights and it was beautiful. The bungalow looks recently renovated because everything in it was brand new and using the best products. It is also a very very clean bungalow. I let my toddler crawl here and there. The evenings on the bungalow are just beautiful! I couldn’t find even one item to complain about. So a big MAROORU to the team at IHG! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a family vacation.
