Hilton Hotel Tahiti

staff is very unfriendly and not acommodating at all. standard answer is "no" for everything. overcharged for 2 kids despite having a double queen room that sleeps 4. no manager available to talk to. never staying at another hilton property

Beautiful property. Bed wss incredibly comfortable, staff wonderful room, room well appointed. Just a perfect hotel. Only criticism was i didnt like seeing babies in diapers & underwear in pool.

We came to Papeete for a couple of days before heading to Moorea Island to take a tour. This Hilton is perfectly located. Around 7 min drive from the airport and 8 min away grom downtown Papeete and the ferry. It is located next to a shopping mall and connected through a bridge. You have dining options supermarket and a few other stores. Staff is extremely nice and with an outstanding customer service that goes above and beyond. For our next trip we will definitwly stay here again. Recommended for solo travelers, couples or families.

Nice stop over hotel as we flew in and out of Bora Bora but would not stay here for anything but a convenient clean hotel close to the airport. Service is really lacking. We walked up to the bar/to go food counter so we could get our toddler down for a nap. We we were ignored for 5 minutes. Another woman walked up and was helped right away. We decided to go upstairs and order room service since apparently the bartenders didn’t want to help us. We tried calling 3 times with no luck. So we called the receptionist and told them what was going on. They apologized and said they would have the food delivered to us. An hour later, half our order came and they said the sandwich we ordered wasn’t available. I get things sell out, but a call to see if we wanted anything else would have been nice.
