Radisson Blu Hotel, Rouen Centre

Great location, parking, the junior suite I stayed in has great views

Consistent with the chain, Radisson Blu in Rouen was comfortable and modern. Check-in staff were friendly and helpful. Glad we spent the extra money on the breakfast spread each morning as the quality and quantity of food was excellent with plenty of selections. We loved the location as we (family with two young children) were able to walk from the train station with our luggage quite easily, as well as walk to the area around the cathedral where there were lots of shops and restaurants. The only issue we had was that our bathroom sink was clogged with hair from the last guest who apparently had just shaved or trimmed their hair. After a call to the front desk, the issue was resolved while we stepped out for dinner. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place or stay here again. Oh, also super cool that this hotel is literally next door to the tower where Joan of Arc was allegedly held.

Lovely hotel, very central, modern and clean. Room (junior suite) was lovely, with balcony too overlooking the street. The only thing that let it down for us was the air con in the room, it didn’t work properly so the room was hot all night (difficult to sleep in August!).
