Very easy to get to and good parking options. (We found free street parking around the building but there is also a parking garage). The room was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. Great breakfast ( added cost). We walked to downtown Rouen as well as good dinner options along the Seine.

Room was perfect for a family of four. Room was very comfortable and being able to partition off one part of the room was very useful when getting a young child to bed. Breakfast also very nice.

Good overnight stay in Rouen. Easy to visit the centre and close to the river side footpath and bars. Functional and spacious for family stay

This property was in a good location to central Ruben right by the river with limited parking at the hotel itself. Breakfast a little bit expensive, but if you walk into town has plenty of Cafes to grab something to eat. Chicken, staff, friendly and dealt with our queries, swiftly and professionally. We had a room for two adults and two children, which was large and spacious and clean setting would recommend on my return again.

This hotel suited our family well for an overnight stopover while on way to Calais from further south. Family room/suite was good and we were able to walk to the old town for dinner.

Noisy room towards the street, not comfortable beds. The room except the bathroom needs to be renovated. I have stayed in a 4 star Novotel Hotel in France earlier, and this was not a 4 star. That our room was also a junior suite was a joke. To end everything was the airconditioning not good enough since it didn’t cool down the whole room.

The rooms were clean and already set up for the family. Having 2 neighbouring rooms allocated was very useful with 4 kids. Breakfast had something for everyone. In walking distance of the old town made it a great location.
