Novotel Suites Paris Roissy CDG

The concierge was wonderful. Let our kids eat breakfast before we checked in, and had our room ready early! It was a comfortable stay right by the airport. Good for a quick stop after arriving in France.

I would warn others to make sure they go to the correct hotel. There is another B&B almost a KM away and our taxi driver dropped us at the wrong one. We had to walk with our luggage with a kid after a very long flight. The hotel itself was excellent for the price. The breakfast was expensive for what it was. A few nice restaurants within walking distance.

This hotel is located only 10 minutes away from the airport. There is a shuttle bus (4 euro a ticket) that takes you from the airport to the hotel and back. Shuttle bus runs from early morning to around 11:30 am and then again from 5 pm till late every 10 minutes. There is a bus stop near the hotel that you can take to the airport for 2.50 euro.The hotel was nice, the room was modern and spacious, clean. If you buy breakfast online with the room booking it will cost you $40 Canadian dollars per family. Otherwise you can buy breakfast for 17 euro every morning. Adding breakfast to your hotel booking ahead of time saves you some money. Kids eat free. Breakfast was really nice, good selection, fresh, something for everyone. We stayed there for 2 nights. Unfortunately the second morning I found staple in my fruit salad. Luckily I did not swallow it but you can imagine what could possibly happen if I did. My advise to the hotel staff is to be more careful when preparing the food.

The problem with this hotel is that it is in the middle of nowhere. Coming from the airport you will have to deal with the shuttle service (4 euros / person and very long (one shuttle every 30 mins from Roissypole). the other option from the airport is to take a paris taxi but they will not be happy for the short ride. We rounded the trip to 20 euros from Terminal 2F. The carpet of the hotel was stained and the bedding had stains as well. To leave the hotel we order a taxi but they provide a private service that cost 100 euros to Paris while a normal Paris taxi will be 62 euros. This hotel is more for buses and tours. Book at your own risk. In our opinion it is better to put extra euros and get an hotel in the airport or go directly to paris. Otherwise the staff was nice and welcoming. The breakfast is excellent and is 14 euros, free with kids.

Unique family room lay-out.

The room was fine. We appreciated how both kids got their own beds. The room had both a bathtub and shower. We did notice that in the cubby behind the bathroom door a dirty towel was stuck there which tells me they clean quickly. They staff was nice. We bought the breakfast at 10 euros a head and it was good. We stayed one night to catch a flight.

The hotel is OK for one night, we were a family of 4 (2 kids) and the room was extremely small. Breakfast was good.

Make sure you go to the Suite and not the Hotel... it is next to each other. The rooms are convenient, very flexible in set up. I was just confused about the bedding as we had the queen and the sofa bed for our kids, but had to do our bed for both. there is a microwave in the room, fridge, tea kettle, separate toilet from bathroom, which was nice as we were 4 in the room. The parking was actually complimentary, which is not standard in Paris area. The staff was minimal but very friendly.
