ACE Hôtel Paris Roissy

Excellent blackout shades, old carpet badly in need of replacement. Beds comfy but bed frames were wobbly. Better than expected for budget hotel and staff were kind and helpful. The cleaning crew did a good job, it’s just the hotel as a whole needs revocations or at the least, new carpet. The breakfast buffet was good and fueled my kids for a very long day of travel. Overall good stop, close to airport and an early morning go.

Black out curtains and quit surrounding is ideal for a good night sleep. The beds are amazing. We had a family room with a spacious bathroom. View is very peacefull.

We needed a quick stop-over as a family and this looked one of the better options in terms of reviews and price. Staff member at reception was helpful, easily checked in and hotel entrance area clean. Allocated a family room - the hairdryer didn't work and the sink plug wouldnt open (lever at tap jammed) so we had to leave a full sink of toothpaste water. Not pleasant for us or whoever cleans it. Sheets had multiple large stains and quite visible dark hairs embedded into fabric. Hotel was quiet and is located in a great position for airport and main roads. I would have pointed out the room issues but front desk vacant at check out. Ideal and convienient for a quick stopover but i wouldn't stay longer really.
