Ok haven’t reviewed hotel since paper era but : - no pool at hotel makes for deceptive advert ; pool 3 min walk away in industrial park Pool shuts at 7pm. Landing image hotel site is the pool, which swayed the click on site. - pickup shuttle seats 6 & comes every 20mins or so ; no signage at airport and staff on curbside of vague use and no queue administration so it’s a free for all ; meant we only identified the shuttle 30 minutes after being directed to wait in the wrong spot (100m of available curb for shuttles); this means that as you greet the next shuttle as it arrives with six seats for your family of four, entitled and inconsiderate hotel guests saunter out of terminal and fill up seats or insert their baggage into vehicle and hop into your seat as you continue to stack your bags with driver. Again - no signage. - staff a little understaffed which meant no cocktails or drinks at dinner - and they were out of Chardonnay- so comptroller consider what HR staffing more would net you - tv stopped working in the morning with wonky channels and narrow list. - Phone never worked. Broken light switch. Friendly front desk staff. Lovely wild garden at rear of property

Very nice room, great size for a family of 4. The only problem was that one of the two AC vents was not working, so the side of the room with the bed was slightly hot and the other side with the sofa bed was nice and cool.

When we arrived we were told we were too early. So my family and I wanted to go the pool. We were told the pool is off property and we had to walk a half mile away.when we got to the pool they told us we had to buy bathing suits it wa 17 euros each. When I returned to the hotel and told the front desk that, they apologized but did nothing to correct the situation. Except to tell that they told the manager to change the website. I would stay away from this hotel.

One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the pool and the other was its proximity to the airport. NOTE! The pool is not located at the hotel nor is it associated with it. You have to walk a few minutes down the road to a fitness facility. They do not speak much English so be prepared with your French or a translation app. Men must wear jammer style swim suits. You can purchase one there from a vending machine if you need one. The facilities are quite nice once you figure it all out. As for the proximity to the airport, it was as expected and there is a convenient airport shuttle which was great for our overnight layover needs. The room was large and nice but the provided soaps were all empty. Food quality and service was subpar. Free breakfast was awful. There may have been more to experience and enjoy but our stay was brief. There are some fun swing seats in the lobby that the kids enjoyed.

This was perfect for a night before we needed to fly home. Room was large.. enough space for 2 parents and 2 kids. Breakfast was great. Dinner was pretty yummy too. Mostly American fare. Best thing our kids loved was the water park next door. Great thing to get the kids to swim and water slide after a long train trip and morning before a 12 hour flight. Love the swings and rockers in lobby too!

Great for solo travelers/families and the free shuttle (runs every 30 mins) to CDG airport. Nice restaurant/bar and spacious, quiet rooms.

AVOID!!! We travel often, and intended this hotel for an overnight to catch our plane back to US in the am. The shuttle to the hotel runs every 30 min and was 10 min late to pick us up from airport. The TV and air in first room didn’t work. We were denied a discount but offered room change. So family of 4 packed up at 9pm, moved to new room unable to turn on TV (employee was able to fix) and still no AC. No fan. We were too tired to move again. Although the toilet is separate from the rest of the bathroom, there was no soap or towel next to the sink. Paper cups that bent just trying to get the plastic off. There is no wall decor. No wi-fi instructions. They advertise some fancy pool place, but we’re not given any info (and it’s not attached). Breakfast was included, but doesn’t start until 6:30am. There were no grab and go options. The worst part about this stay is that despite having a shuttle reservation for 4 on the 5:45am, the shuttle left at 5:47am. We got to lobby at 5:48. No call to our room. No apology. Shuttle runs every 30 min. The hotel is far enough away from airport that it took 25 min for Uber to arrive. My son wanted a juice while we waited, and they charged him 6euros. I WOULD AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!

We are very confident that the hotel breakfast gave us food poisoning on June 23, 2024. All 4 of my family members ended up getting sick. 3 of us on the flight. It was the only common meal in recent days for all of us. In addition the shuttle service is unreliable. The first time we stayed here I asked for shuttle at 10:45pm. Ran as fast as I could to pick up point and arrived at 10:40pm. Shuttle never showed, called the desk and they were clueless. Second time, asked for 12:00 pickup. Driver arrives 12:05, not too bad, loads us into shuttle, but without saying anything leaves and leaves us for 15 minutes in the shuttle sitting there wondering if he is coming back as we become late for the flight. The rooms are big and the village is serene, but stay away from the breakfast buffet. Being sick on the flight is not worth it.

The room was very spacious and clean. Staff members were professional and friendly. This property has some cool amenities including a trendy bar and restaurant. Ice skating, a pool and other activities are close by. This hotel seems popular with young business people and families. I would definitely stay again.

Easy check in, had some excellent food in their restaurant. Slept like a baby and had a full filling breakfast. Booked a shuttle which was on time. Second time used this hotel at the airport did not disappoint.
