Great family friendly hotel, with kids club and games, pool. Staying with two children we shared a room with two double beds. It would have been nice to have the option of a queen or king for the two adults, with a double for the kids, the room size would fit this. Unfortunately two of the family got ill the last day with suspected food poisoning or similar. The kids club staff were always very friendly. The pool bar service was often slow at cocktails having to wait around 10 mins each time. Overall based on the price and facilities we were happy with our choice.

The hotel has most of everything you'd want for a resort. My only particular concern was the room had a minor bug infestation, It wasn't a big deal just do not bring food to your room -- I took a muffin to the room but didn't eat it immediately, an hour later I went to pick it up and it was swarming with bugs. Otherwise, the hotel was pretty standard. I really appreciate that they had 2 separate pool areas, one for families/kids and one for adults.

We had such a magical stay at the Warwick! The staff such as Veronica and Adi were so accomodating and made us feel like family! We stayed in a club room which is very worth it for the afternoon tea, drinks and canapés as well as escaping to an adults only floor. The resort is quite far from Denaru so plan your trip accordingly with your flight times. Other than that the hotel was stunning and we can’t wait to go back! Also make sure you book dinner as soon as you arrive for the week ahead so you don’t miss out!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The greeting and staff service at the reception was 10/10. Very friendly. Jacks and Tapoos shop is inside the resort, good for tourists to buy necessities & souvenirs from if they are not planing to visit the local town. All the food I bought was spot on from the restaurants, even the room service food was excellet thought being a tad bit on the expensive side. I would reccomend sorting transport beforehand as the resort is 2 hours drive from the international airport. There are both adult and kids pool, but i spent most of my time on the beach swimming in nice warm fiji waters. Beware, theres lots of coral so best wear protective foot ware when going in the waters (advice more for kids). It is a old infrastructure but has been updated & maintained well. Vinaka Warwick, until next time. Moce!

First impression...lift always dirty. Housekeeping constantly forgetting hand towels and mats. Not advised at check-in re everything we needed to know about our stay...i.e. pool towels, connection to in room Netflix etc. Out of four restaurants, only one had good food and that was Japanese. Buffet dinners at La Brassiere were very average considering the price they charge. Pappagallo-overcooked pasta at a hefty price, overpowering smell of bad parmesan cheese. Wicket walu,-small portions, average seafood paella had one calamari, one prawn, chopped up in small pieces, 2 mussels. Octopus entree, was very tough and rubbery. Best meals were the buffet breakfasts-looked forward to the variety that was on offer. The resort was filled to capacity with loads of families. Not for those requiring a quiet holiday.

The resort was so convenient for our family, huge space of place to explore. We loved the beach area where very beautiful and low for the kids snorkelling and kayak. We love this resort a lot. Only dinner time was so hard to find a seat without reservation.

Although we had an enjoyable 1st family holiday the Warwick was unfortunately not what we were expecting. It's listed as 5 star accommodation but it is more like 3 star. We booked the suite room and it was very average, on arrival we had a few hiccups, one of the main ones being that the doors didn't not lock from the inside, there was a horrible red/mouldy stain on the cot mattress that made us very concerned for the cleanliness of the place. Although there was housekeeping, we ran out of toilet paper and didn't get provided with clean coffee mugs although we asked for them regularly. I had to do the dishes every morning to ensure we had clean cups for the day. The food was lovely but restaurants got booked out quickly. There was no book in the room explaining what the resort had to offer which was a little frustrating at times, there were activities on the resort but you had to walk down to the kids pool every morning to see what was on but never it had very limited information, suggest doing the resort orientation and taking down some notes at the start of your stay. The location of our room (ground level/pool access) was great as we had a baby and toddler that napped we were able to still go for a swim and relax by the pool and know that we're in close. proximity. The view around the resort was beautiful and everyone was friendly. As our kids were to young for kids club we utilised the nanny service which was great and affordable.

The staff were the greatest part of the resort and a real asset to the place. They knew our kids names right from the start and the vibe they set during our whole stay was something else. Couldnt recommend this place enough and will definitely be back sometime soon.

We were so happy with our stay here. We were upgraded free of charge from a garden view to an ocean view room on arrival, and this happened to be directly opposite the pool. This was great as we have a 5 and 7 year old who practically lived in the pool our entire stay, so we ended up being able to sit on our patio on the ground level and just watch the kids in the pool whilst still having access to our room amenities. We stayed for 2 weeks, and the food was good but the buffets do repeat each week. We didn't plan ahead and book the teppenyaki or italian restaurant so missed out on trying those options, and the Wicked Walu is adult only so whilst babysitting service is available (at a charge) we opted not to dine at Wicked Walu due to cost. We did however take the transfer to the Crab Shack which is located on the water next to where the Outrigger is located, cost is about FJD40 each way for the transfer and takes around 15 minutes each way. Was the best meal we had over our entire stay in Fiji. the Beach Hut restaurant is directly opposite too, as another alternative to dining at the resort. For around FJD20 each way and about a 10 minute drive away, is Maui Bay Estate. Here there is a service station that has a bakery with pastries, hot dogs, etc, fresh bread etc. Next door is a supermarket and bottle shop, The Pink Spa (awesome salon - look on facebook) and there's 3 other local restaurants: Craig's Diner (look up on Facebook), The Tipsy Italian and The Wok (asian)

Wow, wow and wow! Just completed 7 days at the Warwick Fiji with my family of 4 (2A 2K) The staff were beyond amazing. So friendly and accomodating. They didn’t leave any request unanswered. They went above and beyond. Room was newly renovated so it was perfect. Comfortable bed, strong shower pressure. Food so tasty and delicious. Cocktails hit the spot. Regarding price that other reviews mention... it's a resort, prices are as expected (slightly higher but normal for a 5 star resort) Special shout out to Eliki, Aposaki, Wana in the pool bar and Motuisela at reception. Your hospitality and kindness will never be forgotten. I would rate the Warwick 10 stars if I could. Will definitely be back. Bula vanaka.
