We recently had the pleasure of staying at Nanuku Resor, and I must say that our experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was not only comfortable but truly memorable. Located in a breathtaking scenery, the serene surroundings combined with the warm hospitality of the staff created a truly unforgettable experience. The staff at Nanuku Hotel stood out with their exceptional service. Each member of the team was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. They went above and beyond to anticipate my needs and cater to any requests we had throughout our stay. The kids club was truly exceptional and all of my expectations. As a parent, it's important for us to find a place where my children can be entertained and engaged in a safe environment, and the kids club at Nanuku delivered on all fronts.

Bula! Beautiful property on a lovely beach. The staff is incredible. My 14 month old was very well taken care of by her nanny Esther. I love all the cultural events they have to offer. The childcare and kids club are amazing. I loved our room, we had a beachfront villa with our own pool. What a view.

We thought the Resort was absolutely amazing and the staff even better! We were welcomed into the Fijian family and even given the affectionate names of Bubu Sue and Tutu Don. We would recommend this Resort to all ages . No complaints whatsoever.

Cheapskates, when paying A$1200 a night (inc breakfast) I expect more. Really to charge an extra F$5 for a coconut is disgraceful. They also wanted to charge extra for pastries. They are careful to limit what you can eat, seriously we are not pigs. Lunch and dinner were expensive for what was on offer. Charging Sydney prices and not as good. Restaurant service was slow, lacking filling water and well below the standard required. Bar service, continually serving oxidised wine, day after day and I kept sending them back. The barman should have know better. One small and you knew it was off. The bar crew need serious training and the right tools to keep wine fresh. Lots kids around running everywhere, could hear crying babies in our room and foot stopping above. Swimming, not a great place for swimming and snorkeling. Management need to think real hard. The old saying is "penny pinching pound foolish".

Very Friendly staffs, place is nice and quiet, each room has two bicycles to use! Only one restaurant on-site, but has different activities everyday. There is also a free kids club on-site with lots of nannies. Highly recommend ~

Nanuku is a truly unique, intimate resort on the Pacific Harbor. The Fijian culture places the highest value on family and hospitality and from the moment you arrive your are welcomed into that family with an authenticity of warmth and care. Our Villa, with its private plunge pool, was spotless and appointed with the highest quality appliances, linens and electronics. The kitchen was stocked with endless coffee, water, milk and soft drinks. But the real distinction comes from the joyful spirit and service provided by the staff. Each individual, no matter what role that they played, seemed to anticipate your needs and was quietly there to meet it. The Kids adventure club provided a personal buddy for each child that was consistent throughout our stay and was available from 8 am until 8 pm at no additional costs. Their activities were beautifully varied and often unique to the culture with weaving, art, cookie making , pineapple smash, zip lines and exploring the wonders of the environment. When our 3 and 6 year old Grandchildren grew restless from eating in the restaurant, they could have their meals in the kids club accompanied by their Bula Buddies and the parents/grandparents free to linger over a lovely dinner. The food was fabulous and had a varied menu for the pescatarian diet. Equipment for snorkeling, paddle-boards, and kayaks on sea or rivers was provided and bikes given to each of us. We were able to weave, carve, and learn village cooking. Fabulous!
