Hotel Roca Sunzal

We were very satisfied with our stay at Roca Sunzal. My only criticism would be making the grounds and access to rooms friendly for disabled/senior citizens. Upon arrival, we were informed that our room was an apartment suite on the 3rd floor which could only be accessed by stairs. Our family consisted of 5, including my 77 year old mother. Although she is still able to go up stairs, I’d prefer for safety reasons that she’d have the option of using an elevator. Also thinking of the employees who had to haul all our luggage (2 weeks worth), that’s a lot of carrying up and down the stairs.

Every details in this property is amazing. Definitely I can recommend this place. Also, I liked the family oriented (if you’re coming with children) hotel. Restaurant area and food was so delicious and very clean …. This place deserved five stars and a big happy face.

My third time staying here. My family love this hotel. They always enjoy! When in el tunco this hoyel is one of the best.

My second time staying at roca zunsal and as always it never disappoint. My suite was bigger than expected. Is super clean and safe. The hotel is right in front of ocean so you can enjoy your meals with the sound of waves. The night life is not a problem at this hotel because you can barely hear the music from near by location, super quiet and safe for entire family. The staff is very friendly and kind. Tjis will be my always to go hotel while at el tunco.

To many unfair rules but when I offer them more money rules didn’t matter, also swimming pools are the amenities that I was able to enjoy the two little ones where to cold and that’s why I have to pay the prices. Rooms are okay but they don’t clean under the beds very dusty and personal’s don’t go beyond their duties unfriendly.

Location is excellent! Excellent service and property is well care and beautiful. Moises and Walter great server and were very informative about our breakfast options. Suggestions: another mirror in the living room area there is only one in the bathroom. Also add pancakes in the included breakfast “kids love pancakes” I don’t remember the front desk agent name with the green eyes he was helpful on finding a pair of sunglasses that I thought I lost “ thank you” Overall it was great stayed my kids and I love a minute. Thank you.
