Rixos Alamein

The Rixos staff especially the manger Mr Yousef and Sohaila fro guest relations went above and beyond to accommodate us in our wonderful stay at Rixos Alamein. This is a beautiful hotel with a staff that makes you feel like you are at home or that you are family. Will be coming back here again for sure.

I am very sad to write a bad review as we had high hopes and expectations for this property which appears to be very elegant and luxurious and also expensive! My family stayed at Rixos Alamein June 6-10, 2022 and on the first night of our stay, the air conditioner in the ceiling had been leaking on the tiled floor (it was not leaking when we checked in and therefore we were unaware of this issue). My mother got up to use the bathroom at night and slipped on the wet floor under the AC vent and fell on her shoulder. When she went to the front desk to report the incident and seek medical attention, she was met with apathy and lack of concern for such a tremendous safety issue! She was told the doctor would arrive in half an hour but he came after almost an hour and was young and inexperienced. She herself being a physician, she was disappointed with this doctor who said that an X-ray would be useless and who did not even have a sling to provide support to her arm. Unfortunately since this incident occurred on the first night of our stay, my mom was in pain and not able to enjoy the pool, beach, or other hotel facilities. This incident was also reported to guest relations staff Marwa Sadek. Once we arrived home one week later, my mom had an X-ray done which shows she fractured her arm and it is affecting her ability to work and complete her daily activities.Additionally, we had diarrhea all week long from the food and could barely eat as a result.We had a very disappointing stay!

World class resort. Check in with Mohamed Hanafi and Hiba Raga very courteous and professional. Beach is exceptional, crystal blue water that is one of the finest in the world on the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. All inclusive, staff eager to make sure entire family had a great time. Good food and service. Wonderful stay in paradise. Highly recommended.

Best place to stay! We had two adjoining rooms for our family. Both rooms were very clean and large. Check-in was efficient. Rehan the guest relations person was exceptional. She checked on us frequently to make sure our needs were being met. Even though we visited during the offseason, and during COVID, the number of staff, food, and entertainment was not compromised. Actually, we enjoyed being there with not so many people. The beach was lovely, private, and vast. Most of the time we felt we had the beach to ourselves. The water and weather this time of year are superb! We will surely return!

The hotel is good and have a wonderful beach Room is good also Food is good But most of staff are rude specially on pool and beach, if you ask someone for something you will notice that he don't want to do it for you, beside their voice is too high and insulting each-other with bad words, they also treat kids so bad but for the girls stuff they were decent and polite and also the reception stuff specially mr hossam was very polite with guests so my only complain is about pool and beach staff.
