My family and I had a fantastic stay at Sunrise Alex Avenue, the hotel was terrific, and the staff was amicable and professional. Specifically, Yasmina at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate my family.

It was awful stay, 1st at check-in they gave me room city view at kids pool while my reservation was sea side! They changed the room to twin bed at sea side and told me this is wt we have as we don't hv king bed room!!! I had to upgrade to get a reasonable room reception we're rude and not helpful, the suit I surprised of bathroom bad smell specially at night

We booked two rooms for one night with the family and had a nice day in this wonderful hotel. Everything was really impressive, all the workers have great manners. Great thanks to Mr. Mostafa Omar and Mr. Ali at the reception, and Ahmed at the housekeeping, and to all those we met there. We will be back soon IsA.
