Not recommended at all! very bad service from the first day of check-in they already charge my son additional extra because according to them kids from 0-12 years old my son is 15 when i booked and its considered Child.next day I went for complementary breakfast while im getting my coffee staff approached me and tell me im Not supposed to be getting food because i didnt paid i felt very embarrassed from the people that they looked at me escorted to the reception This staff should approached me when im sitting then we can discuss.very expensive hotel and rude staff NO respect from guest at all!!! I paid for 1 night and not even a single satisfactory to compliment this kind of hotel
