Hotel Rincon de Puembo, BW Signature Collection

Incredible find! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful and super spacious, the pool sparkling and heated, the restaurant was delicious and the service exceptional. Our whole family loved it. Highly recommend.

The property was like a Spanish villa with gardens, courtyards, antique decor, and fountains. Besides being aesthetically pleasing, it also has a spa, pool, restaurant, games and playground for kids.

We loved our stay here! We stayed here with our 4 kids ages 12, 9, 6 and 3. Our kids loved the pool and the hot tub and sauna! They were very accommodating to us on the day that we checked out: our flight wasn’t til midnight but they let us keep our luggage in the office that day and then when we came back from sight seeing, they let us use the pool etc. while we waiting for our free shuttle to take us to the airport! Such a nice alternative to having to wait long hours at the airport with kids! They also packed us a boxed breakfast on one of the mornings we stayed there since we left early that day to go sight seeing. We were so happy with our stay here! We would totally stay here again!!

This place was adorable! From the moment they picked us up from the airport to the moment they dropped us off, the staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant. The property is gorgeous, the restaurant was delicious. They packed boxed lunches for our transport back to the airport in the morning. The room was fantastic as well, it was so nice for our family of five to be able to share one townhome room. I wish we had stayed more than one night!

Complete chaos at checkin- I booked 2 rooms for us and our young adult kids, they gave us 1 initially, needed reminder of 2nd room, took a while to figure out which room, and they were given a far away room. We received our wake up call a full 24 hours early, service was consistently slow, often forgetting items. Overall, cheap furnishings, bedding, etc. very best western….

This hotel was the perfect place for relaxing after a long trip around Ecuador. My kids loved the pool and playing in the yard. They also have a spa with steam room and sauna. The food was good and the service was the best we had in Ecuador. It is near the aiport and the hotel provides transportation. A lot of people use the hotel as a stopping point between tourist locations but it is also a good destination itself. The town is cute and walkable with a nice zócalo with local restaurants and a good ice cream store.
