WE loved the Hacienda Su Merced. Only 15 minutes from the Quito airport. 350 years old, well maintained , great charming bedrooms, modern bathrooms, lovely gardens, perfect service, historical public rooms filled with antiques and a personal family history. You couldn't ask for more. Wish we had stayed 2 nights and chilled out.

A bit difficult to find, but a really nice place and worked well with kids (they have a nice game room)
