i had a amazing time the room service lady mercedes Was AMAZING i had children with me and she made sure everything was amazing that lady deserves a RAISE and a better position, her service was amazing and out of this world compared to everyone else working.

Economical for large families.

Only stayed one night but wish it would have been more they do have a four person per room limit which I felt was overkill if you’re a single mom with four kids what do you do then? I also travel with children with Autism so it makes no sense. The food was great we ordered room service and the mini fridge is paid for. They ran out of ice and regular coke. We ordered twice from room service first time it took 20/25 mins second time over and hour and a half. We were able to check in early hotel is very central and had a very welcoming atmosphere I would stay again but in one room.

The property itself was pleasing. There was an incident with the elevators. Lots of water was dripping. My toddler and I had to take the emergency stairs.

We only stayed one night and chose this because of it’s proximity to US embassy. The suite was perfect for us with our toddler. Room service was good and we also ordered delivery from nearby restaurants. The front desk staff was very helpful as we needed to print some last minute documents.

Very comfortable room; recommended for families. Good price.
