Hotel Royal Neptun

We loved everything about Hotel Neptun! It is in a group of hotels and you can use the amenities at any of them. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was exceptional with any/all questions we needed answered. The spa services were excellent. There were always beach chairs available. The buffet breakfast had at least 15 stations, with new items every couple of days. Just an incredible place to stay and our family misses it already!

Booked with Hotel Neptun, checked in at Neptun to find out needed to check in at other reception desk. Golf carted by staff up the road and actually lodged in Royal Princess in a suite (double bed with living room having pull out couch) with street view/balcony. Branding for what or why one hotel is named one thing versus another confusing when all part of one resort complex. Nonetheless. Very comfortable room, minor attention to detail (grout discoloration, rust marks over eaves at pools) needed. Multiple restaurants for sitting, buffet, or bar. One not necessarily better than the other. Prices were very similar, and like with most of area, not budget. However could not order bar drinks at restaurant during lunch (ended up walking over to bar while order was in process and brought back). Multiple salt and fresh water pools with varying quietness standards along with jumping off points into sea. Pools kept very cool, will have to ease in and acclimate. Gravel beach at next resort to the north with more protected area for little ones.
