Hilton Garden Inn Santa Ana San Jose

The property was recently built so still very clean with a great breakfast. However, there was construction at ground level and the pool was closed for an entire week, much to the disappointment of my kids. There were some strange things like light bulbs missing from the lamp and only decaf coffee in the room. It will be a nice location when the construction is done but I think hotels should alert you when the pool will be closed for a week.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Santa Ana hotel in San José for 16 nights visiting my family, the hotel is beautiful and modern, it is new, the staff is very friendly and kind, the destination is amazing, but there are several things that need to be improved. the beds are not comfortable, the bathroom is modern and the vanity has no place to put personal bathroom items, they should put a shelf under the bathroom sink for that, the hair dryer is not in the bathroom but in the closet because it has no place If put, the walls in the rooms is very thin and does not insulate the noise from other rooms, a lot of noise at night and in the morning. This hotel is very beautiful but they should correct all these ,but it is also the Best hotel in the Santa Ana area. There is a lot restaurants front Hotel .

Comfortable junior suite. Free parking. Pool with great views of the valley.
