It's was amazing as always! This is my second trip to San Jose and Aloft within the last month! I'm so blessed to have Eric, Brian, the restaurant staff, Oscar, Jordan, and so many more employee's treat my service canine Sadie and I with real love, and appreciation! The comfort of the rooms, Social areas, bar, restaurant, customer service, and the cleaning ladies are all 5 star employee's! Aloft is like a second family to me!

Kind staff. Modern property. Decent amenities. Budget friendly. Good with kids! Bridge to the new mall is convenient. We stayed here on the first and last day of our trip, for the reasonable airport access. Traffic can be bad during rush hour.

Travelled with my family for a quick visit of San Jose and surrounding areas. Staff at Aloft were accommodating: we were quickly checked in and offered a crib for our baby. One day, a planned tour was canceled. I shared the disappointing info with the staff, they quickly looked through their contacts to offer us alternatives. We ended up going to a beautiful hot spring in La Fortuna. Overall, staff were nice. Hotel is clean, with comfortable rooms. I would recommend.
