Phenomenal resort! So much to do with 28 pools, beautiful grounds, mini golf, kids lounge, pool, Club Rio, etc.! Way beyond expectations!

Amazing view of volcano from our room. Very attentive and friendly service . We enjoyed tubing in river at club rio. The hot springs and water slide was wonderful to enjoy for whole family. Would stay here again!! Love it!

Amazing service and amenities. Loved our time here. All the staff was outgoing and friendly. Club Rio was amazing with all the activities. Kids had a blast and were able to roam the resort safely. Highly recommend for a family vacation. Did not disappoint and our room was beautiful.

Amazing resort, it has everything for a perfect vacation. Great service, we received a tour of the entire property. The staff is top notch! Enough activities for the kids. Various dining options. Would definitely stay again.

Each time we have visited The Springs, the accommodations and staff are outstanding. We have experienced almost all of the activities at Club Rio and it never fails to amaze both our family and guests of the graciousness and care the staff takes to ensure an excellent time for all.

I booked one night at the Springs resort. We primarily stayed at Amor Arenal which was much nicer, less costly and provided a huge delicious free breakfast each morning. Pros of the Springs include: #1–so many amazing hot springs.. we had plenty of time to do them all in one day. This resort would be ideal if traveling with family, kids, or in a large group. Cons— food mediocre and overpriced.. drinks were 15-20$ a piece, the room while clean and private was nowhere close to as nice as Amor Arenal where we got our own private casita with hot tub and the daily cost was less. All and all I would go back to the springs for a couple day stay when I travel with my kid.
