The check in went smoothly, but the woman checking us in was pretty rude about my 2 kids being there with me, because they weren’t on the reservation. I had reserved a room with 2 queens, and I wasn’t trying to hide them. They were standing there in plain view. But that was our only hiccup. Otherwise everyone else was very nice. Clean and convenient for the airport.

Late night flight. Efficient shuttle. Close to airport. Free breakfast for kids. Was perfect for what I needed to start my vacation.

Easy to use the shuttle to get to our early morning flight. We also used room service, which was handy and enjoyable. My kids opted not to use the pool while there.

Rather pricey but we were grateful for the 24 hr checkin and airport shuttle as our flight arrived very late. Worth the extra money for that peace of mind especially traveling with children. Great breakfast spread- so many options!

The room was clean and they provide a convenient free shuttle every 15 minutes to the San Jose airport. The only problem was the air condition. It is much needed due the the heat, and each room as it’s own unit. It worked really well but was really loud. Kept the whole family awake all night.

Loved that there was a couple things to do and a couple places to eat within walking distance. We have kids, so that convenience was super important.
