Easy to use the shuttle to get to our early morning flight. We also used room service, which was handy and enjoyable. My kids opted not to use the pool while there.

Rather pricey but we were grateful for the 24 hr checkin and airport shuttle as our flight arrived very late. Worth the extra money for that peace of mind especially traveling with children. Great breakfast spread- so many options!

The room was clean and they provide a convenient free shuttle every 15 minutes to the San Jose airport. The only problem was the air condition. It is much needed due the the heat, and each room as it’s own unit. It worked really well but was really loud. Kept the whole family awake all night.

Loved that there was a couple things to do and a couple places to eat within walking distance. We have kids, so that convenience was super important.

After a terrible experience at the airport with copa airlines we had to stay at a hotel. When we get there the check in line was enormous. Michael and another lady from front desk help me with my 3 small children to get in our room as possible. They were super professional. Couldn't really enjoyed their breakfast since have to be back at the airport early but the little gallo pinto I tried was Amazing.
