I was upgraded to a junior suite which was a nice surprise. The hotel lobby was airy and spacious. Friendly staff The room was very large and comfortable. The breakfast was included and had a good selection of the usual Colombian choices. Free shuttle bus to the airport which is literally 5 minutes away. Ideal for a stopover between flights. Considering it was a suite there was only 1 coffee capsule and a the mini bar was empty. Broken bedside lamp but perhaps this had not been reported to staff

This hotel is nice, but to my surprise most of the rooms do not have air conditioning. The hotel does not properly disclose this upon reservation or checking in. I would not be staying here again, as I was traveling with my wife and infant and was surprised to know we had to sleep in hot rooms and mosquitos. Terrible experience. Not to mention the night staff did not do anything to fix the issue, only offered excuses. Before you reserve… think of you can stay without air conditioning or reserve at another choice.
