City Express Junior Bogota Aeropuerto

I stayed in the junior suites and it is perfect for overnight. Clean towels hot water and toiletries. The only down side is the bed felt like a concrete block. The staff is amazing. And the airport shuttle is punctual.

Its in an industrial area, but feels very safe. Be aware junior is bare bones. No hair dryer or iron, just a room with lukewarm water. The cable was out for over 24 hours. It is clean. Breakfast was a joke-dollar store foods. There wasnt even a good fruit selection, just unripe melon, eggs, bread, and oatmeal. Junior eats separate from plus. The plus side has a better breakfast.

Our stay was enjoyable. The staff were very kind and helpful during our check in and stay. The hotel was very clean and conveniently located. We will be staying here again in the near future. We will be recommending it with our friends and family also

The property indicates that they offer free airport transfers, however their drivers did not seem to have gotten the memo. The transfer from airport to hotel was good, but transfer from hotel to airport was awful. The driver (different than the first one) who transported me to the airport (I was the only passenger, early in the morning) refused to let me go unless I paid an 'airport fee'. I then tried to get ahold of the hotel but could not, so was forced to pay the fee so as to not miss my flight. I then tried again to communicate my experience with the hotel staff but they referred me to a whatsapp number as their english was limited and told me their management can help me there. I have yet to get a response from the whatsapp number either. So, to summarize, I felt threatened and unsafe, coereced to pay a fee I should bot have, and their customer service is horrible and unreachable. I will not book this hotel again, or recommend it to any family or friends.
