Hilton Garden Inn Bogota Airport

Me and my family sooooooo love this hotel.. my youngest said she wants to live here lol seriously, we love staying here because we love our room. We booked the suite 1bedroom. It has 2 bathroom which we love. The staff are nice. We had our breakfast buffet and the staffs were very helpful and friendly.

Great customer service and perfect place for a single, couples, families or parties and events.

Hotel installations are nice well kept and maintained this wasn’t my first time in this hotel but the worst, I don’t recommend the taxi service from the hotel they charged me 30k Colombian pesos for a ride that was worth in all apps 8k COP and this was the closest mall (5 minutes away). Also the staff in the restaurant gave me the worst service I ever had in my entire life by providing me with dirty and used utensils from a table next to me that had leftovers from some other people that had already eaten in there, when I requested 1 spoon the waitress (young boy) brought me one from the clean pantry when I requested a second one for my baby he thought I hadn’t seen him and he just grabbed the used spoon from the table that was next to me, so when I paid I told the cashier about it, they just said they would reward me with some gift which I clearly don’t want I just want people to be honest and respectful, I won’t stay at this hotel anymore, and it’s sad bcs I was starting to like it bcs it’s close to the airport

My family and only stayed one night as we wanted a place close to the airport since we arrived in Bogota in the late evening. It was a short taxi ride there and the hotel was comfortable and clean. We also had a light dinner at their restaurant which was very nice. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was simple, clean and comfortable.

The hotel facilitated the means to complete our errands. My family and I enjoyed our stay. We are thankful for the excellence and professionalism of the staff.

Loved the suite they had, was able to stay with my 2 young children and shut the door :)

This is the first time that I do not have a complaint about a place where my family and I stayed. What a fantastic place to stay: 1. Even though it is located in a busy area, we did not notice much noise from the outside, 2. The cleanliness was exceptional. We looked into areas difficult to reach by the cleaning person and noticed it was cleaned, 3. The friendliness of the staff was pretty evident from the beginning 'til the end, 4. The quality of the food was great. Congratulations to all the people working there. What a great running machine you have gotten.

My family and I loved the Hilton. The rooms are modern, clean, and located 10 minutes away from the airport. The shuttle bus was a plus.

Lovely hotel, nice breakfast, clean rooms and hot powerful shower. Comfortable bed in the junior suite.

The housekeeping and security department are good, attentive and friendly. The first night here the roomservice mistakenly charged me @100 USD for 2 burgers, but I called and they gave me my money back immediately. When it comes to the frontdesk department, there’s room for more customer-oriented attention. Our room key card got disabled SIX times. Imagine coming up with a toddler and you cannot enter the room or elevator. The last time today, I was told that the cards are new and I should not have the card close to my cellphone. Aka suggesting it’s MY fault and 0 apologies for the continued inconvenience. We stayed here 11 days paid in full inadvance and the treatment is just disappointing. Was looking forward to staying here again next year, but due to the frontdesk’s service will be looking somewhere else to stay. At the end of the day, it’s service, friendliness and customer service that makes the difference to a paying customer. To end on a positive note, kuddos to Diana Cabiativa from HK and Jayson from Security for always making us feel welcomed.
