The property itself was great, no complains at all. My issue was the treatment of the receptionist with one of the worst tempers and customer service attitude I’ve experienced in my life. Not trying to accommodate my family, but the worst was her disrespectful tone of voice, commanding instead of listening and trying to solve the issues.

Our flight to Bogota was delayed. Landed at 1 am and on contacting hotel.com via Wi-Fi, were told our reservation was cancelled by the hotel since check in time ends at 11 pm. So at 2 am our family of 4 had nowhere to go to sleep at least from 2-11am. After paying full price for 2 rooms.

It is not the worth the money spent, 99$ per night. Although it is close to airport, there are no places to eat around. Checking process was very slow at 3 am. Guy was on phone oblivious to my presence at 3 am knowing that I was very tired. Rooms are small. Bathroom is weird, when you take shower water is all over the bathroom. One can skid and injure themselves
