Great hotel, great staff, my family had a great time

The staff was lovely and we had an amazing stay. My kids particularly enjoyed the pools and slide.

I really enjoyed the beach! It wasn't too crowded, but there were some locals selling things which added to the experience. The pools were great, and there was even a good one for kids which my son loved. The suite we stayed in was huge and had a remarkable view of Cartagena. The breakfasts were excellent, but more importantly, the waiters and chefs always made us feel special by preparing envueltos de maíz for us most days. :).

Staff was great walls in hotel room pretty thin. Could hear children playing next door all hours shower not hot enough overall a average stay

Fair rating - 4.8 Wonderful hotel, bright and clean rooms, beautiful view from the window. Very friendly staff, 4 wonderful pools, from deep (2 meters) to shallow, for children. There is a private beach (no need to pay specially for access to the sea). Inside the hotel there are several souvenir shops and a currency exchange office with a good, fair exchange rate. The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant. The food at breakfast (included) is good, but if you want to order something for lunch or dinner, be prepared that the food will be undercooked, almost half-raw. And the hotel restaurant has very high prices. There are excellent restaurants within a two-minute walk from the hotel, where the food is delicious and the prices are half the price.

A resort that is family oriented, but needs renovation it is old, requires for its condition a full renovation. Our room the bathroom smelled horrible al the time, water could not be regulated, the restaurants are old fashioned. good points; PEOPLE are excellent!!! wow!!!
