OZ Hotel

I know the staff from OZ Luxury. Always treats me like family. This hotel is newer & better than the Luxury brand. But still the same friendly staff.

OZ Hotel staff is very pleasant and professional, anything that's needed at a drop off a dime they'll take care of it. When I am in Cartagena that's the only hotel I'll consider, they're like family.

This property deserves a high rate score. Since the arrival staff was friendly they give us fresh natural juice in the reception, despite we were arriving before check-in time they were ready to provide us with the reserved rooms (2) for the family. Breakfast was amazing. Very clean, and all the areas in the hotel was having a fresh nice smell. Rooms were small without any view but it did not bother us since we were spending more of the time out of the hotel. Very convenient for walking, beach, shops, restaurants, and money change stores. Taxi service is available in the hotel as requested. Very detailed in my birthday the staff surprised me with a delicious birthday cake. I highly recommend this Hotel.

This Hotel is just perfect. They have the best customer service. It’s in a great location. Everything literally is in walking distance. So many restaurants around it and the beach is less then 3 minutes walk. My husband and I just spend 11 days in that hotel. Loved everything about it. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family’s and everyone else ❤
