Quality Inn and Suites

Overnight stop while traveling. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was average. Fair amount of hallway noise due to a lot of kids.

A bit of children noise after midnight

This hotel was fine for Yorkton. It did the trick. It was average, average clean and good for me and my kids.

Wasn’t me who stayed. Was family. No complaints other than people not parking properly and parking room.

Due to a family emergency we had to check out early. Staff was very accommodating.

the room my family stayed in was full of flies and phone didnt work house keeping was rude and front desk. I will not be staying ever again. the front desk lady was rude to my son when he asked for his adapter back which was room.

Upon arrival, the two staff members at front desk seemed like they were bothered by me approaching them. Instead of "Hello", I got an abrupt "The website is down right now." Once I said I was checking in, that was completed well enough. I guess you could tell the staff were having a bad day and feeling grouchy. And then, I had booked this hotel for the waterslide and some time in the hot tub. I was advised that they cannot run the waterslide without a lifeguard, and they are only able to get one on the weekends, so we were out of luck. And then we found out the hot tub was out of service. That was all a little disappointing; but at least the pool was heated and my kids still had fun swimming. The room was clean and tidy, no complaints. The hotel is starting to show its age with some tears in the hallway carpet and bubbling wallpaper, but it was satisfactory. The beds were quite firm. I wish it had better light darkening curtains, but we did alright. Breakfast was nothing fancy, but satisfactory. The usual continental breakfast choices, so we left well fed. The staff member in the morning for checkout was pleasant.
