Close to the children’s hospital. Gave a discount rate.

It took staff over an hour past checkin to get our room ready. We were left sitting with kids in lobby the entire time.

For the price we paid, I don’t think we would return to this hotel. The front desk staff were not very welcoming and did not make any effort to explain anything about the property despite knowing we were first-time guests. While I was signing my check-in paperwork the two ladies behind the desk were even having a personal conversation. One asked the other when they get off work. This isn’t very professional. Our room was clean and quiet but it was a little crowded. One of our kids slept on the pull-out couch and the only extra blanket was a thin throw blanket. The air condition unit was noisy so we kept it off but that made the room hot and stuffy. The hotel lobby and the pool area are nice. The breakfast was nothing spectacular. Good amount of choices bit the scrambled eggs were tasteless and the coffee was weak. The staff member at check-out could have practiced better customer service, as well. They did not take the time to ask how our stay was. To me this should be standard protocol in the hospitality industry.

This hotel is stunning - the best, most spacious rooms - soo many plugins for my work & devices. Lots of surfaces & storage for family/luggage. And spacious rooms & HUGE bathrooms - biggest bathroom I think I’ve ever seen in a hotel.

I enjoy the quiet atmosphere. I visited with my elderly grandparents in the cafe area in the afternoon and felt no pressure to leave or that we were inconveniencing anyone. My kids liked the pool and hot tub!

Very nice rooms. Good size for a family of 5.

I am on a road trip across the country with my kids. This was a Fantastic stop! 10/10 for cleanliness. All staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. The pool was Awesome. I will 100% stay here again.
