Very family friendly. Our family had a blast

Great for family vacation.

Its always a great stay, everything us updated nicely. The restaurant has great food breakfast to dinner. Staff is great. My kids love the waterslide

This hotel It totally ruined our vacation, we traveled from different provinces and my son had a reunion with his friends. The idea of that hotel was the pool and the water slide. It turns out that the pool was closed the whole time we were there, the coldest temperatures you can imagine the children had nothing to do, the hotel argued that the pool opened the next day, it never opened .. very disappointed..

The hotel was lovely! Great pool for the kids with a fantastic water slide and rooms were clean and comfortable. However, we had a very strange checking in experience! I booked 5 rooms via this site for friends and family. 2 couples we were with checked in before us and then when my family checked in we were given keys to the rooms they already gave to those couples. We scanned our keys to find them already in the rooms! It was so weird such a mix up. In the end it worked out. But we had to go back to the lobby to check them into their proper rooms. Not sure how they checked us into the same rooms! The elevator is also a bit annoying as you have to scan every time you use it and it doesn’t always seems to work. And the restaurant had slow service. Good food but it took forever to get served and to get our food. But that also seems to be a thing in Saskatoon, as that was our experience at every restaurant. Once we got the rooms sorted, it was a lovely stay. I would go back. Not sure I would book through this site though!

Mislead us from making a reservation to checking in, assuring that playpen/crib will be made available for our infant. Not until past his bed time we were advised they didn’t have crib or playpen. Instead of fixing the situation, we received a fake apology and “I understand”. We checked out the same day we checked in and had to look for another hotel in a hurry that would comply with our request. Actually ended up getting far better customer service from the other hotel. Will definitely stay away from Marriott if you are travelling with an infant.

Waterslide for kid's

This is our favorite place to stay for the past few years. Upon arrival the front desk employee Aiden was very accommodating. She arranged us to be in rooms that worked for us and our kids and made sure the room would be cleaned quickly (even though we weren’t in a rush!). Overall A service upon arrival. The pool is a blast for our kids and we love ordering food from the restaurant (delicious items on the menu) and taking it up to our room. Great location, will absolutely be back again!
